Ele foi retirado de uma m\u00fasica chamada\u00a0Shredneck do guitarrista Andy Wood. O exerc\u00edcio \u00e9 executado com palhetada h\u00edbrida, ou seja, palhetada que consiste\u00a0na t\u00e9cnica normal de palhetada em combina\u00e7\u00e3o os demais dedos da m\u00e3o da palheta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O bacana desse exerc\u00edcio, \u00e9 que ele tem uma execu\u00e7\u00e3o relativavente f\u00e1cil em andamentos lentos. O problema \u00e9 quando\u00a0aceleramos o seu tempo. Ai o bicho pega\u2026 Por isso que ele \u00e9 um \u00f3timo exerc\u00edcio de aquecimento!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No v\u00eddeo, gravei em 4 velocidades, 50 bpm, 80 bpm, 120 bpm e 160 bpm.
